Top Rated Kettlebell Workout DVD Reviews
If you don’t know who she is, Dasha is a well-traveled martial artist who also has a career in fitness expertise and writing. This DVD series is the latest in her workout routine, so now you can get the body you want in a fun, full body intensive way.
Dasha has developed Kettlebell Kickboxing expressly for women and google images will amaze you with the body you can get from just doing a few sessions per week of this intensive workout.
If you’ve ever eaten fast food, it’s good to know that just 25-30 minutes of Kettlebell Kickboxing is enough to burn TWO cheeseburgers worth of calories! (This doesn’t include the fries that come with them, though, unfortunately).
A few quick scans on the internet will reveal rave reviews from long-term fans and new customers alike. The reasons why people love this DVD are many, and I’ve selected a few for you as follows:
The workouts are really enjoyable, and you get a lot done in a short time.
Your body can really feel the benefit, and you won’t have to spend hours every day to get the most out of this DVD.
You will (hopefully) be able to last the whole session without taking a break as the high impact parts are spread out through the entire session.
If you’re feeling especially tired and worn out you could always take a water break during these bits!

As the second on our list, this DVD may possibly help your acting career as Paul has used the techniques he shows you to train some of Hollywood’s highest profile executives, models, actors, and athletes!
Now you too can impress your friends and maybe become a film star with the help of Paul. At the very least you’ll look and feel better, and if you do have an audition that requires a lot of cardio, then you’ve already trained hard because of Paul.
He’s known for sweating a lot during his workouts, and he will make you sweat too! More sweat = more calories burned = win?
One thing that sets Paul apart from the rest is he will meticulously go through each move multiple times so you can focus on just 1 for a minute or so without having to switch to another. There are plenty of reasons why he made the list as one of the best kettlebell DVDs.
His highly touted “Clinics” are perfect for beginners and experts alike, if you need a brush-up. If you’re a bit worried or anxious about being able to do kettlebell workouts like I was in the beginning, then this would be a great place to start.
He really does go out of his way to explain what you’re going to do before you do it. It’s highly unlikely you will need to pause or rewind because you lagged behind.
This one really woke me up! As you can probably tell, this one is not for beginners. The DVD itself is six different workouts ranging from six to ten minutes long by Keith Weber who is a physical therapist and certified Kettlebell instructor.
One thing worth noting is that Keith intended this workout as a one time per week routine and no more as it is very physically demanding and your body will need time to heal after this DVD. Perfect excuse to do nothing for the rest of the week if you ask me!
With this being a kettlebell workout and very hardcore you shouldn’t expect yourself to do the whole DVD in one go as just twenty minutes worth can really be taxing on your poor body.
If you’ve already got the body of Adonis, this DVD could be the best kettlebell workout DVD for you.
This one could solve many of your kettlebell problems, if you have any, that is. It can certainly keep you trim, focused and fighting fit for sure, though.
If you’re not sure whether you fall into the beginner, intermediate or expert category, this DVD is worth a shot as Kathy has designed it for everyone, regardless of their skill or fitness level.
You don’t have a kettlebell yet? That’s fine, because this DVD comes with a five- and three-pound kettlebell. This was a pretty useful add-on for me as I’m always losing stuff… Maybe I’ll find my old kettlebell behind the sofa one day?
Do you worry about your diet and what to eat while training? If so, Kathy’s Nutrition Solution Guide is also included, so all the hard work of what you can eat is done for you!
Another reason why this DVD is perfect for you is you can fit it all into just twenty minutes of your day. That includes the five minute warm up too. I found this perfect for when I was waiting to get in the shower, and it was being hogged by my other half. By the time they were finished, and the bathroom was free, I‘d worked up a sweat and was ready to wash it all off.
This is the final one to make my list. If his name rings a bell, it’s because you saw him on The Biggest Loser in its earlier seasons. Bob tries to do something different than the other four workouts listed here as it’s not exclusively a kettlebell workout. Be prepared to be busting burpees and push-ups as part of the routine.
Why does this make it one of the best kettlebell DVDs? Well, in all honesty, it’s something different, and it could be a good transition for someone who’s unsure about whether they want to move on to a pure kettlebell exercise regime.
Is it the best kettlebell workout DVD from the five? In my opinion no, but I can definitely see its merits and why it would appeal to other people who may be new to kettlebell workouts.
Bob himself is an inspirational fitness instructor, much like a modern Mr. Motivator (if you’re old enough to remember him!).
If you feel you need encouragement as though he’s there in the room with you, this DVD definitely portrays that feeling.
I hope you found this list informative and not too boring! Depending upon your fitness level and what you’re looking for, you might want to check out more than one of these DVDs.
All five of these instructors have multiple workout DVDs to their name already so if you find one of them really inspires you, you’ll have plenty more workouts from the same instructor that you can watch and exercise to.
